The research highlights many socio-economic challenges faced by Muslim women at various stages of their careers yet also provides recommendations of how these issues can be addressed. In a day and age where challenges and problems are easily found, it is vital that we work together to find solutions to learn and move forward to improve the situation for future generations. It’s the time of year when people start looking for jobs, or think about moving on, or have already done so. Therefore we felt it worth sharing some #TuesdayTips on writing a CV.
The top half of the CV is the most important part – it’s what most recruiters read within the first few seconds and give a first impression of you.
Definitely create a #LinkedIn account and match it to your CV – make sure there is no conflicting information that you cannot explain. Your online profile is one of the first things many recruiters search about you. Keep it professional yet unique to you as a person.
There’s so much advice out there, ultimately its all about finding the right guidance that works for you!
